Administrative communication is considered to be the point of contact between the Deanship and all university departments as well as external bodies, as it processes incoming and outgoing transactions, save and direct them in a manner that is easy to follow. It is responsible of querying and responding to inquiries of auditors, which contributes to the smoothness of the Deanship’s work.
Unit tasks
- Converting paper-based work into electronic services.
- Receiving all the Deanship's incoming correspondences and forwarding them to all concerned Deanship bodies.
- Receiving all the Deanship's outgoing correspondences and taking the quick measures to send them to the concerned authorities inside and outside the Deanship.
- Distributing generalizations and decisions to all the Deanship's affiliated departments, automatically and paper-based.
